A Legacy of Family Farming Excellence at Llandilo Farm Fresh Eggs Since 1963

Multi-Generational Family Farmed Eggs: Our Family, Our Passion: The Heart of Our Farming Journey

Llandilo Farm Fresh Eggs was established in 1963 by Frank Gauci on Maxwell St, South Penrith, with just 13,000 birds. In 1975, Frank retired and passed down the egg farming tradition to his daughter Mary and her husband, Paul Galea. In 1977, Paul & Mary relocated the farm to Llandilo, where it has remained for over 40 years.

In 2001, their only son Michael succeeded his mother and father to become a third-generation egg farmer. Today, Michael, with his parents' help, his young family and a small team, take care of 25,000 barn-laying chickens to produce 18,000 fresh farm eggs daily - all laid on our farm to supply to the people of the Greater Sydney region.

Our Farm

For half a century, we've produced the tastiest and most nutritious eggs, all laid and sold from our farm gate direct to scores of customers every day. Over the years, we've remained a small family egg farm but grown to provide our customers with egg-laying hens, high-quality chicken feed and fertiliser, and fresh seasonal fruit, vegetables and honey - all harvested right here on our farm.

Our friendly team love what they do and is committed to customer service. This has helped us maintain loyal local customers who visit us weekly and others who journey out to the farm from across Sydney to enjoy their regular trips to the country.
